My encounter with a Baby T-Rex
The other day while I was attending a ticket run for Philadelphia’s Country Station’s 26th Anniversary show, I had an encounter. If you have ever attended a ticket run with XTU you know that it can get a little wild, this run was no different.
The first thing that stood out to me was a large 18-wheeler truck with pictures of dinosaurs on the side and prominent writing of “Walking with Dinosaurs, the Arena Spectacular”. At first I didn’t think anything of it as I got into the long line in wait for my raffle ticket which I was hoping would land me some nice reserved seats to a great concert. Once raffle ticket’s where handed out, they announced that there would be a ‘guest’ joining us shortly. Being the video blogger that I am I just happened to have my flipcam with me, and recorded the following encounter…
While I did not end up winning any reserved seats, it was still a success. I came out with party tickets and some awesome footage of a Baby T-Rex messing with my fellow Country fans.
The Walking with Dinosaurs team has been putting on shows since they first launched in Sydney in January of 2007. They have 15 amazing dinosaurs in the show some much larger than Baby T-Rex. Daddy T-Rex is an amazing 39 feet!!
If your interested in seeing dinosaurs like that in person then you must go to the Walking with Dinosaurs, Arena Spectacular show. They are having many shows all accross the USA, go to their site here for ticket info: www.dinosaurlive.com
For more information about the team that designed them go the Creature Technology Company site.
