About Me
In A Nutshell
I am a full time employee of a really great company that makes a difference. I am passionate about many things, ultimately though I thrive on helping people learn and understand. I try to live my life based on the KISS principle whether that is developing software that could save a life, dealing with the joys of parenthood or just finding solutions to everyday problems that we all face.
I am a father, a musician, a Christian, a YouTuber, a professional inline skater (self proclaimed), a career coach, a software engineer, a computer nerd, a R&D Manager, an entrepreneur, and just a little enthusiastic & passionately crazy.
Work Experience
I have 8 years of experience working in the corporate world, 5 years practicing agile development. I have been done everything from IT lab administration, software technical feasibility prototyping, demo extensive development, production code development, unit test framework & automation development to technical project management (Scrum Master). My current role is R&D Manager.
I have also had the opportunity of participating in elite corporate training programs and several management/leader trainings. I have participated in the founding of two employee-run organizations including a Young Professional organization. I have been on the board since the founding over 3 years ago assuming such roles as treasurer, communications lead and career development lead.
